Investing in Singapore's Next Generation of Sustainability Leaders

Funds raised at the UNGCNS Charity Gala Dinner will support the UNGCNS Youth Sustainability Initiatives across the whole year, anchored by our Sustainability Education, Engagement & Discovery (SEED) Programme.

Skills for Employability

SEED equips youths with practical, in-demand sustainability skills, preparing them to enter and thrive in a changing job market.

A Real Pipeline to Employers

The programme connects youth directly with potential employers among our member companies, turning training into genuine career opportunities.

Why This Matters

The employability gap facing young Singaporeans, and the demand for sustainability skills, is real and growing.

This is the gap UNGCNS Youth Sustainability Initiatives, including SEED, are built to close.

A First for UNGCNS

For years, our year-end dinner has been a platform to celebrate the UNGCNS Apex Awards. This year, for the first time, we are turning it into a charity fundraising gala.

This is part of how UNGCNS is devoting its resources to shaping next-gen leaders, in fulfilment of our mission.
