Know more about the Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP)
The Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP) supports Singapore companies, especially our SMEs, to build capabilities and capture new opportunities. The ESP – Sustainability Courses aim to help local enterprises and TACs build awareness and knowledge of sustainability in various key themes and areas. There are currently three types of ESP-Sustainability Courses: Foundational, Decarbonisation, and Sustainable Finance. Please refer to the ESP website here for more information.
About Enterprise Singapore
International Enterprise Singapore and SPRING came together on 1 April 2018 as a single agency to form Enterprise Singapore.

What will be your key learning takeaway?
Participants will
- be equipped with key knowledge on carbon management – including carbon accounting, setting of targets and plans, means of decarbonization, and carbon disclosures/reporting – which can be used to lead efforts / applied in their businesses.
- be able to establish a baseline of their company’s current carbon emissions (via the Carbon and Emissions Recording Tool), and identify key decarbonization pathways for their business (via the framework provided)
- be equipped with key knowledge on carbon management – including carbon accounting, setting of targets and plans, means of decarbonization, and carbon disclosures/reporting – which can be used to lead efforts / applied in their businesses.

Participants who would benefit most from the course would be decision makers and change agents in companies such as SMEs, companies new to sustainability and carbon management, and key industries* impacted by climate change and government regulations:

*Note: In line with our guiding values to leave no one behind, GCNS courses will be sector agnostic. However, recognizing that becoming sustainable may be more urgent for some industries and companies, and depending on the profile of registrants, the curriculum may emphasize certain frameworks/concepts and/or offer relevant peer learning points through case studies in certain industries.

How much is the subsidized fee?
Course fee of S$624 payable per eligible participant comprises of $480-course fee (if eligible for 70% Enterprise SG subsidy) + $144 for GST on the full course fee.
The subsidy is only applicable for up to 3 participants per business entity registered and operating in Singapore.

How do I become a part of the course?
Participants must be nominated by their company as the company’s representatives for participation in this series of Sustainability Courses*.

How many times can I do the course?
Each individual will only be supported to participate in this ESP Decarbonisation Course once.

What if I don’t complete the course?
Company is liable to make full payment for the course fees if company or participants are found to be ineligible or fail to complete the course.

What signifies I have completed the course?
Course completion will be based on:
- Participant’s attendance for the workshop
- Successful award of Certificate of Completion
- Completed post-course feedback/survey
