The Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) annual Summit was held on 19 November 2018.
In its 10th edition, the Summit, a premier platform of advocacy, capacity building and networking, brings together eminent knowledge experts, government officials, business leaders, civil society organisations and the youth – to enable a truly inclusive and holistic approach to practising sustainability.
Themed “Building Better Businesses” this year, the Summit will explore latest sustainability trends and insights to build more robust and future-ready businesses. Hear from knowledge experts who will share best practices from Singapore and across the world. Learn about how embracing the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) can unlock up to US$12 trillion in business opportunities.
Each year, the Summit attracts about 330 participants locally and from around the region to be a part of this exciting event. The Summit attracts attendees from various sectors and roles, such as C-Suite executives, key decision-makers from MNCs and SMEs, sustainability professionals, trade union and co-operative leaders, policymakers, and think-tank groups.
