OCBC PULSE was also developed with reference to the recently launched Singapore Technical Reference TR-149:2026: Specification for organisations to progress towards environmental sustainability excellence – part of a national framework by the Singapore Standards Council for businesses to strengthen environmental sustainability capabilities and green procurement competitiveness.
