Structured, Advisory
UNGCNS evaluates each application to access its readiness, scope, and suitability for the S-TAP programme.
Eligible members are matched with 1-2 S-TAP advisors based on their industry experience and specific sustainability goals.
A structured introductory meeting is conducted to align on objectives, define the scope, and establish clear guidelines for the engagement.
Members participate in monthly advisory sessions over a period of 3 to 6 months, receiving practical guidance and actionable recommendations.
At the conclusion of the engagement, a final session is held to review outcomes, accompanied by a written summary to facilitate ongoing implementation.
S-TAP (Sustainability Technical Advisory Panel) is a UNGCNS initiative that connects members with experienced sustainability leaders for structured, light-touch advisory support.
It is designed to help members gain clarity, direction, and practical next steps in their sustainability journey.

Confidentiality is fundamental to creating a safe and constructive advisory environment.
S-TAP is designed to be no-cost (in the initial advisory) to low cost for members.
Should a S-TAP Advisor be engaged by a member organisation outside the initial advisory consultation, any fees or associated costs are to be negotiated directly between the S-TAP Advisor and the member organisation.
